Why GSUITE Dashboards?

One of the shortcomings of many SIS's (School Information Systems) is the lack of reporting tools that graphically represent and summarize regularly needed data that is changing on a daily basis. Administration and staff need access to this kind of data in a simple, easy to use format. GSuite Dashboards solve many of these problems.

  1. The website is fast, easy to read, and simple to use.

  2. The data can be automatically updated each night from the school's SIS.

  3. The website can be setup as an Intranet, only visible to staff that need to see it.

  4. It is modifiable to be setup as well, as a public website for the purposes of showing attendance and enrollment.

    1. (In this case, all confidential data must be removed)

  5. The tools to build all this are FREE. Costs are related to hiring someone to set the system up for you.

Using this same idea, I have developed a Data Studio Project for one of my clients so they can post this information to the public. There is no confidential data in this example, so it can be published for all to see. You can see it on their website.
